VALLE DEL BIOIS

In a central position between the Marmolada, the Civetta and the Pale di San Martino there is the Biois Valley where there is the beautiful village of Falcade, crowned by the Focobon and the Cime d'Auta, with its beautiful characterised haylofts called "tabià". It is also possible for guests to practise every type of sport, from tennis to paragliding, from fishing for sport to horse riding and from archery to mountain biking. A rarity is represented by the ski college, a place where students can follow a normal course of study as well as dedicating themselves to the art of skiing. Culture and art can find expression around the figure of the sculptor Augusto Murer in Falcade, where you can visit the museum and studio. Tradition and folklore, festivals, entertainment, and typical gastronomic specialities complete the range on after for a welcoming and hospitable holiday

FALCADE

Some of the Val Cordevole's villages are built on rocky crests with others took root in more easily accessible points. To the north-west, along the road towards Passo Fedaja, is Falcade, a resort that successfully blends a traditional flavour with modern facilities. At the cross-roads for Falcade is Cencenighe, originally known more for its iron and silver industry than as a tourist centre.
