4 SEASONS IN DOLOMITES

This district embodies the very concept of colour, fading as one season fades into the next one. The cycle of season is our tourist season: from 1st January to 31st December. Each season of the year has a small wonder in store for visitors.

SPRING

Waiting for the buds to sprout on trees after the barren winter season, for green grass, far woods, subdued shadows and lights grazing soft valleys. A crescendo of yellow flowers with pink hues that quiver on tree branch, crowd meadows, or bloom unexpectedly amidst the underbrush.

SUMMER

Summer in the Dolomites evokes images that remind of how closely nature, time and season are linked together. Looking at the details of the landscape is a pure, emotional experience or rather a discovery, a surprise.

Discovering mountains in summer

Mountains in summer involve a different approach to vacations. Guests spend pleasurable days in a clean, quiet environment in contact with nature .

AUTUMN

Autumn light brightens the sky on mountain peaks, while thin and light pink clouds gather. These lanting sun-rays seem to be pouring gold on the trees, and the lights trace the outlines of the sloping ground as the sun sets slowly like the last twirl of a falling leaf.

WINTER

Covered with a mantle of snow, colours glimmer through it as if to highlight their absence. In winter landscape, light and snow combine together to arouse emotions. It highlight the red of dry autumn leaves, evenly spreads the pale sunlight and moonligth. It brightens the dim magenta light of dawn, and captures the twilight shadows, the glimmerings against the light, the patterns drawn by the wind on this surface, as if the night stole all the shades of blue to give them back in the daytime. The snow cleanses everything it touches, and dresses trees in white. At sunset all is still, waiting for morning, and for the cycle to start over again.....
