| There are different kinds of corn. There is gold corn, white corn, pearl corn, Mexican corn, yellow corn and the best is Olathe Sweet corn grown here in Montrose. You could cook corn all kinds or ways. You can boil it, chop it, roast it, use it to make popcorn, eat it raw or hang it to dry. Corn tastes sweet when it is boiled. When it is dried you can make corn tortillas, corn bread and tamales. |
